Exchanges
How do I make a return or an exchange?
You may return a FAULTY/NOT AS DESCRIBED item within the first 14 days after receipt as long the item is in its original condition.
Products must be in their original condition and returned with its original box, packaging and tickets.
Trophy Life does not complete returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing mistakes made by the customer.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN/EXCHANGE TO? WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We will email you a printable return address and reimburse you for the shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our part.
Your refund may take up to four weeks to go through, allowing the return item to be shipped, accessed and your bank to process the refund request.
All refund requests should be directed to refunds@thetrophylife.com
Order Status
You can view the status of your purchases by logging into your account, we are hapy to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.
Shipping
How much will my shipping costs be?
Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package.
If you wish to check your shipping charges before you make a purchase; add items to your cart and click the *check out* button. Your total merchandise & shipping charges will be calculated before you charge your credit card.
Trophy Life does not add any premiums for shipping and handling, we simply pass on the shipping costs.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Please allow up to ten working days for domestic orders, should there be any delays we will contact you via e-mail immediately. In such an event you may cancel your order prior to processing.
International orders may take longer as deliveries are reliant on overseas postal services, of which Trophy Life has no control or responsibility.
How will my order be shipped?
All domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
Can I get my order sent express?
Currently express post is not a part of our standard service, however, should you require such speed please contact us via sales@thetrophylife.com and we will review each case on its own merit.
International Orders
What countries do you ship to?
Trophy Life is happy to take orders from all over the world.
However, international orders can only be tracked until the point they leave Australia, once the package has left the country delivery is reliant on overseas postal services. Trophy Life is not responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

International Pricing
International currency conversion is approximate; please verify conversion rates before you purchase goods. We endeavour to keep our rates up to date but will not be responsible for minor fluctuations.
What t-shirts does Trophy Life use?
We use 5.5 oz. 100% Ringspun cotton tubular t-shirts, which have been preshrunk to minimise shrinkage and are also machine washable.
Sizing

How are your t-shirts printed?
Our t-shirts are hand screen printed with love.
We like to make handing over your hard earned cash easy so at Trophy Life we accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal payments.
